No Commission Tack Tables available to rent at Expo 2025
Introducing SELL IT YOURSELF TABLES for used HORSE TACK, EQUIPMENT,
RIDING APPAREL, TOYS, DÉCOR, BOOKS and more.
No commission charged. Pay $150.00 fee to the Minnesota Horse Expo to rent an 8’ x 30” table for the three days of the Expo. Two smaller 6’ x 30” tables are available for $110.00 each. Tack Tables are in the heated demonstration tent. Tables must be attended Friday and Saturday 9:00am-7:00pm; Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm. Bring your own chair(s). Pay the rental fee in advance with registration. No refunds. No advertising at tables.
All tack table sellers must fill out and provide Expo with a form ST19. Please note: if you are not in the business of selling merchandise, you may be exempt from collecting and remitting sales tax to MN Department of Revenue. Please see the sample form. If you are not exempt, you are responsible for checking the appropriate ST19 boxes on the blank sample form and collecting/remitting sales tax.
Items sold should be equine related, clean and in good condition. No new handmade craft items. Set-up times are Thursday, April 24 6pm-10pm and Friday morning, April 25 from 7:00am to 8:30am. Load-in directions will be provided once registered and payment received. Restock times are Fri-Sun 7:00am-8:30am. You may cover your tables after close. You are responsible for carrying your own property and liability insurance.
One 3-day Minnesota Horse Expo vendor admission wristband will be included with tack table rental. Please pick up your vendor wristband and/or purchase additional wristbands for helpers at the Expo Office on Thursday from 6:00pm-8:00pm or Friday morning between 7:00am-8:30am.
