Graney Hoffmann Ann
Graney Hoffmann is the current President of the MN Horse Council and the MN
High School Equestrian Association.
Like
many young girls, Ann began her horse odyssey with a pony named Trigger and an
ancient Appaloosa, but her love affair with the Arabian horse began with a
treasured bay gelding, “Brandy”. She
graduated from William Woods University and was named Distinguished Scholar in
Equestrian Science.
Since
1986, Ann and her husband Tom have owned Golden Ridge Stables in Lakeville
which boasts a large lesson program, a successful training program for Arabian
ad Half Arabian show horses, an award-winning youth team and various other
equine related programs.
Ann’s
been on the board of the Tri State Horsemen’s Association for more than 30 and
was honored to be named Tri State’s Horsemen of the Year in 2016. A long time
WSCA judge, Ann enjoys the challenges of judging all breed shows.
